    • Shipments occur from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).

  3. Tracking Information:

    • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you for your convenience. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your package.

  4. Delivery within the USA:

    • For orders within the United States, please expect your package to arrive within 5-7 business days after it has been shipped.
    • Note: If you’ve made payment with an e-check through PayPal, your order will be shipped only after the payment has cleared.

  5. Missing Tracking Number:

    • If you haven’t received a tracking number within 3 business days, please check your junk/spam folder. If you still cannot locate the tracking information, feel free to email us with your inquiry. Our customer support team is here to assist you.

  6. Delivery Issues:

    • Once you receive a tracking number, any issues or concerns related to shipment must be handled through the U.S. Postal Service. They have taken possession of your order, and they can provide further assistance.

  7. “DELIVERED” Status:

    • If your shipment is marked as “DELIVERED” in the tracking information, please reach out to your local post office for any delivery-related issues. Unfortunately, we are unable to correct delivery problems, as they are managed solely by the U.S. Postal Service. This includes concerns related to damage, theft, or misdeliveries.
